Required Experience:
Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
Working experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Must be dependable with regular and punctual attendance
High School diploma
Job Duties:
Organize and ensure accuracy of project-related and administrative tasks, including data entry, scanning, and filing
Schedule appointments and meetings for supervisors and clients
Answer phones, transfer calls to appropriate party, receive and forward messages
Manage and coordinate all incoming and outgoing mail
Assist with paperwork and expense reports
