Priority Staffcorp in Tulsa, OK, is currently seeking an Executive Admin Assistant for an Apartment Management Company.
Previous Apartment Leasing experience is preferred, and Bilingual (Fluent Spanish & English) is preferred
Will be conducting the following duties:
-Answering multi line phone system
-Assisting the President with gathering data, and creating professional PowerPoint presentations
-Booking airline tickets, hotel stays, and car rentals- nationally & internationally
-Upkeep of the President's calendar
-Scheduling the conference rooms
-Organizing company events from promotion to execution
-Assisting HR Manager with HR related projects
-Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Programs- Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Qualified candidates must have stable work history, and experience with the previous duties. Must be professional, and organized! Starting pay is $15/hr. 1st shift opening!
