Seeking male candidate for Outpatient Substance Abuse Agency located in Claremore, to work as part of the Front Office Staff and UA Specimen Observer.
Employee observes male clients that are required to provide urine samples for drug testing. Maintain drug testing logs and reports as needed and contact clients with positive results. Additional responsibilities include answering phones, schedule appointments, assist new clients with paperwork and intake procedures; collect payments, maintain filing in client charts and update group rosters.
Knowledge of computers, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Word. Ability to multi-task, work in a fast paced environment and confidentiality a must.
Must be flexible to work any hours when office is open. Scheduled hours for this position Monday-Thursday, 10:00am - 7:30pm and Friday 10:30-5:30.
