OFFICE SUPPORT (TULSA)
compensation: $14-16 p/hr - 20hr p/week

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Provides general support to Store Leaders and Sales Professionals as described below. Performs other duties as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Order Entry
Enter Order Tickets, Customer Order Forms (COFs), and customer payments daily
Print order summary, obtain Sales Professional approval and make necessary changes
Match deposit summary with orders after nightly batch runs
Follow up on Denied Credit Card Report with associated Sales Professional daily
Print Orders Not Uploaded Report for all Sales Professionals
Process returns, remakes and alterations
Telephones/ E-Mail
Answer incoming phone calls and give messages to Sales Professional
Take detailed message with name, number, time of call, and reason for calling
Check Store e-mail daily and give all information to the proper person(s)
Bank Deposits/Errands
Prepare bank deposit slips and take to bank (at least three times a week)
Fax validated deposit slips to Accounting
Send matching deposit slip and deposit summary to Accounting
Run errands to dry cleaners, outside tailors and clients as needed
Receiving & Shipping
Unpack received shipments daily
Prep and steam (if necessary) garments for delivery; place on proper Sales Professionals rack;
Prep and ship returns to proper factory/vendor
Follow up on returns sent to factories or vendors to ensure receipt
Garment Check In
Collect shipment packing slips and enter in computer daily
Print Received Report; notify Sales Professionals when items received daily
Follow up on items not been received within timely manner
Alterations:
Enter all alterations into the AMS system
Deliver/pickup garments to/from outside (contract) tailors
Compile Alteration Expense Summary for in-house tailors and send to Accounting
Open and process all mail
Copy and distribute faxes pertaining to all Sales Professionals
Stamp all outgoing mail
Take all outgoing mail to drop box/post office
Supplies/Inventory/Trunk Shows:
Maintain office supplies
Conduct tie Inventory twice a year
Assist Marketing Department with Semi-Annual Trunk Shows
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Extensive knowledge of computer, Microsoft Office software and Google Docs
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
Ability to perform detailed work accurately
Ability to routinely handle confidential, highly sensitive information
Ability to work as a team and remain flexible
Ability to type 30 words per minute
Ability to relate well and communicate with people of all management levels
Strong organizational skills
Must possess a registered, insured vehicle and maintain a clean driving record
WORK EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to the completion of High School and 2 years of office experience.
Hours: 20 p/week ; Monday-Friday
Rate of pay: $14-16 per hour, based on experience
An offer of employment will be contingent on the applicant successfully passing a background check.
