A BIG NAME IN THE OUTDOOR/SPORTS APPAREL COMPANY IS LOOKING TO BRING ON AN ESCALATIONS REP. Description:Handle and effectively resolve escalations on behalf of the three brands support by our Customer Care teams. These escalations will primarily come from the frontline team members but may also come from our leadership team. Escalations may come through phone, chat, or email channels Effectively handles third and fourth level escalation calls. Utilizes advanced knowledge and use of tools, policies, and practices to answer questions and effectively handle consumer needs in a variety of channels for multiple brands. Consistently manifests exceptional internal and external customer interactions and balances focus of consumer interaction with Columbia's net revenue goals.Additional Skills & Qualifications:2+ years of call center experience.
