Production Team Lead

This position performs assembly of microelectronic devices using a combination of manual techniques and automated equipment operation and supports the Manufacturing Manager with the day-to-day production priorities of the assigned manufacturing area. Processes performed include epoxy dispense, die attach, wire bond, soldering, SMT, lid seal, environmental screens, microscope visual inspection, and electrical test. This position will support military production cells. The organization requires a self-managed, highly skilled, versatile associate with excellent attention to detail, outstanding quality focus, and the ability to excel in a high compliance environment.Shift Type:Weekday Swing shift: Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-1:30am or 5:00pm-3:30AMMinimum Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in semi-conductor assembly

1-2 years of experience as a Production Team Leader

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to follow documented procedures

Excellent time management skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.

Ability to cross train in multiple areas

Ability to train/facilitate the training of team members to defined standard processes and ensures ongoing adherence to the standard.

Ability to work in a team environment

Ability to work on devices under a microscope up to 4 hours at a time

Preferred Skills:

PC Literacy including Microsoft Office and Oracle

Familiarity with FBS/lean concepts
