WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHThis role reports directly to the Women’s Sportswear Consumer Operations Director, who reports to the Sr. Director of Women’s Business Operations. The role primarily will support the GM of the Women’s Sportswear Field of Play, and will work with the leadership team across Merchandising, Brand Marketing, Product Management, Consumer Planning, Marketplace partners and Geography partners.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking to fill this role with exceptional, forward thinking, operations minded talent who is motivated by complex and highly cross-functional projects! The Women’s Sportswear Operations Senior will be a key partner to our Women’s Sportswear Field of Play GM, and support a team across multiple functions that create and bring to life seasonal product and stories that inspire athletes all over the globe. This person will be responsible for the coordination of key moments of CODE (our Nike Consumer Operating model), driving collaboration and alignment to seasonal business decisions as well as operationalizing the implementation of key strategic and business priorities. Our ideal candidate can foster effective working relationships, drives clarity, instills trust, and is comfortable with ambiguity. They are adept at coordinating projects & facilitating conversations, while also able to quickly understand details, all in driving connection, alignmentand solutions. Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or combination of relevant education, experience, and training. (5) years of professional work experience in operations, project management, strategy, or relevant industry. (preferred) Knowledge of product creation and/or go to market processes and business metric acumen (strongly preferred). Strong communication + presentation skills; able to influence across multiple functions and levels. Passion for process excellence + simplification; unlocking innovation, collaboration, and improved ways of working. Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills. Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments. Ability to handle multiple workstreams and balance competing priorities under seasonal timelines. Strong interpersonal, consensus-building skills, with ability to advocate and achieve results.
