Leadership Development Manager

Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Leadership Development Manager for a company in Bend, OR. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage programs to develop employees leadership skills, ensuring a strong pipeline of internal candidates for promotion. You will collaborate with company leaders and HR teams to identify leadership gaps, create development strategies, and drive initiatives for current and future leaders. Key responsibilities include program design and continuous improvement, resource management, facilitation and coaching, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the Training Department. You will lead a team, manage budgets, facilitate training sessions, provide coaching, and support cross-functional projects to align with company goals. Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development or related field.

5+ years in learning/development, 3+ years focused on leadership development.

5+ years of team management experience.

Strong track record of successfully managing and Implementing leadership programs.

Experience facilitating interactive classroom training. - Facilitator certifications such as: DiSC, Franklin Covey's library, Crucial Conversations.

Coaching Certifications.

Experience with leadership assessments and coaching tools.

Experience with google Suite and Cornerstone LMS. null
