Sisters Saloon & Ranch Grill is seeking a Custodian/Maintenance Person to work 5 mornings per week, approximately 25-30 hours/week. Starting at $20/hour.
Flexible schedule: You can have Saturdays and Sundays off or two other days off instead if you prefer.
Flexible start time options: You could set your schedule to start any time between 6:00 AM and 8:30 AM depending on your preference.
Job Description:
Responsible for working independently, following a checklist, doing daily janitorial work in the public guest areas, such as sweeping and mopping the floors in the dining room and bar, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms, etc.
Also responsible for following a maintenance schedule which includes various tasks that are done weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, every 3 months, or as needed. Some of these tasks include changing the air filters in the vents, cleaning the inside of the ice machine, changing light bulbs, etc.
You may be asked to help with other maintenance needs as they arise, such as shoveling snow from the sidewalks along the building, etc.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures
- Attention to details
- Experience using cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and cleaning solutions
- Ability to lift heavy objects and climb ladders
- Self-motivated to work efficiently without supervision once training is complete
- Ability to follow the daily custodial checklist, as well as the maintenance task schedule
- Handy skills is a plus
