Bend’s oldest sushi restaurant is looking for a few high-energy individuals to join our close-knit crew. We are a small house and work dynamically as a team so the right fit is someone upbeat and ready to take on any task. At this point we’re in need of a dishwasher or two that are committed to staying through the summer. Because we are small, the dishwasher position also supports the Izakaya cook with prep and tempura drops. This is a great starting point if you’re interested in working in a fun, fast paced kitchen. Restaurant experience is not required, just a positive attitude, good work ethic and a greasy elbow.
The schedule is Tuesday - Saturday evenings with nightly staff meal and generous tips. Starting rate is negotiable.
