The Hook and Plow, a well-established restaurant in Bend, Oregon, is seeking a talented and motivated Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. We are known for our scratch-made dishes, locally sourced ingredients, and a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
-Oversee all back-of-house operations including menu development, inventory, ordering, and scheduling.
-Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food and service.
-Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and organization.
-Collaborate with ownership/management on seasonal menu changes, specials, and cost control.
-Manage food and labor costs while ensuring consistent quality.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years of culinary management experience (Executive Chef or high-level Sous Chef).
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain a positive team culture.
-Knowledge of food and labor cost controls.
-Creative and passionate about crafting unique, elevated dishes.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
