FIX & REPEAT (www.fixandrepeat.com or Instagram @fixandrepeat) We are a modern counter service restaurant in the Box Factory serving juice, smoothies, bowls and more to the active people of Bend. We are seeking a Manager to oversee staff, help our owner with daily running of the restaurant, support the team in service which entails making juice and smoothies, prepare bowls, prep, etc You will work in a clean, modern environment that closes at 4pm in order to balance work and life. Qualified applicants will have at least two years of restaurant experience plus one year of management. Must be flexible and work weekends. You will work closely with an experienced owner with 20+ years of restaurant experience and will learn a lot. We offer 2-3 days off a week in a row, competitive hourly and pooled tips that add substantially to hourly pay.
