We are seeking Part-Time employees for Flights Wine Bar in all positions! We are a new Wine Bar, Restaurant and Bottle Shop opening in Bend, OR in November. You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable wine tasting and dining experience.
Flights will offer bottle sales, BTG, and weekly wine flights along with a full lunch and dinner menu. We will have limited cocktails, beer and offer Non-alcoholic options. Our wines will change often as we help our customers explore and discover new styles and regions. We want a cozy, comfortable atmosphere where our customers can relax and unwind. We will offer training, events and classes to both staff and customers.

Bartenders

Dishwasher
Cooks
Hours: 12-9PM daily, closed Tues
Responsibilities:
Work directly with the public
Answer questions regarding wines and menu items
Ensure a high quality of service
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
FOH -Serving, Hosting, Bussing, Bartending and light food prep as needed
Assist in the setup, organization and opening of the wine bar
Stocking, inventory & cleaning
Evening and weekend shifts
Qualifications:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn about the wines we carry
Maintain Food Handler or Alcohol Server permit as necessary by law
Flexibility & willingness to help out where needed
