Our Expo/Food Runner position involves assisting in the timely delivery of food to guests, ensuring that all sides and sauces are properly plated, and that guests have everything they need for an enjoyable dining experience. This role is weekends and some evenings and is suitable for individuals seeking entry-level opportunities in the restaurant industry. Must be at least 18 years old.
Responsibilities
-Assist in plating sides and sauces for food orders.
-Ensure guests have everything they need during their dining experience.
-Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to maintain efficient service.
-Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
-Occasional hosting, bussing and dishwashing as needed.
Requirements
- Possess current or able to obtain Oregon Food Handler Card.
-Prior restaurant experience preferred but not mandatory.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
