Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and engaging employees to join our team in either a lead role or regular staff. The ideal candidates like to work at a fun and exciting local company doing a range of tasks such as cooking, cashiering, operating machines or keeping events running smoothly.
Duties:
-Engage guests through interactive games and other entertainment activities.
-Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute events and special activities.
-Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring their entertainment needs are met.
-Manage cash handling for ticket sales or merchandise as needed during events.
-Utilize conflict management skills to handle any guest concerns or issues that may arise during performances or activities.
-Uphold the highest standards of hospitality while creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
-Must be able to work weekends!
Qualifications
-Background in food service or hospitality
-Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
-Cash handling experience is an asset for managing ticket sales or merchandise transactions.
-Conflict management skills are essential for resolving any guest-related issues professionally.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
