Position: DISHWASHER/PREP
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area
- Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed
- Dispose of waste and recycling materials properly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a clean and efficient kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dishwasher is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Team player with good communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
Position: LINE COOK
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Asian-inspired dishes with precision and creativity
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and refine recipes
- Adhere to food safety standards
- Help manage inventory and control food waste
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Wok experience is preferred
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Asian cuisine and cooking techniques (bonus)
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent food
- Food handler's certification is a plus
Position: SERVER
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide attentive and friendly service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
