Cassity’s Bar & Grill is looking for a reliable and energetic Late Night Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We’re a busy, fun neighborhood bar that serves up quality food with a side of great vibes, and we need someone who can keep up the pace during late-night service.
Schedule:
-Late night shifts, Weekends required: 6p-2a
-Part-time
Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook menu items quickly, consistently, and accurately.
-Washing of dishes
-Prep for next day service during down-time
-Maintain a clean and organized work station
-Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
-Work as a team with bartenders, servers, and fellow kitchen staff
-Handle the late-night crowd’s food cravings with a good attitude and sense of urgency
Requirements:
-Sober; No drinking or drug use
-2+ years kitchen/line cook experience
-Ability to work alone
- Weekend duties may include helping the bar-back or door guy
-Dependable, punctual, and a team player
Positive attitude (even at 1am)
