Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a strong ability to manage and motivate a team. As a Lead Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while also handling light management duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist with the training and development of new servers.
Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the server team.
Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
Assist with scheduling and shift planning.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to staff.
Collaborate with the management team to improve service and operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant or pub.
Previous experience in a supervisory or lead server role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
