We are looking for a customer focused lead for front of house.
We would love to hear from you if you are:
-over 18 years old or available daytimes and evenings during the school year.
-enjoy rushes and can ensure accurate dine-in and take-out orders in a busy environment.
-experienced with expo or multitasking jobs, assigning FOH tasks and side work and ensuring completion.
-experienced with making staff schedules
-familiar with Toast (it's a plus).
30-40 hours/week with flexible scheduling.
Competitive compensation (16.00-18.00 DOE/hour plus tips).
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that food orders are served accurately
-Operate POS and process payments, open and close till with accuracy
-Answer questions about the menu and food preparation
-provide counter, tableside, and take out service.
-take on training roll, scheduling, and other FOH duties
Qualifications:
Friendly and outgoing personality
Excellent communication skills
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods of time.
Familiarity with food safety guidelines
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Food handlers and OLCC within 30 days of hire.
