We are seeking a part time cook to perform all duties in the kitchen including prep and line as well as some dishwashing. This could become a full-time position if interested.

Duties
- Preparation of meals by chopping vegetables, making salads, cooking and assembling dishes
- Execute prep lists
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely food preparation
- Adhere to food safety and handling procedures to maintain a safe dining environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role in the food industry is required
- Line Cooking experience
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and meal preparation
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
