Responsibilities:
Server:
Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
Taking food and drink orders promptly and accurately.
Recommending menu items and upselling specials.
Delivering orders to tables and ensuring the correct presentation.
Providing attentive and personalized service throughout the guests' dining experience.
Handling payment transactions and processing orders efficiently.
Assisting with setting up and clearing tables as needed.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Bartender:
Crafting and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
Engaging with guests to create a positive and enjoyable bar atmosphere.
Demonstrating knowledge of drink recipes and making suggestions to customers.
Managing bar inventory and restocking supplies as necessary.
Handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bar area.
Interacting with the server team to ensure smooth service flow.
Requirements:
Server:
Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or similar establishment preferred but not required.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team and high-pressure situations.
Attention to detail and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid Food Handler's Card.
Bartender:
Proven experience as a bartender, with knowledge of mixing and garnishing drinks.
Strong knowledge of beers, wines, and cocktails.
Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
A friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid OLCC (Oregon Liquor Control Commission) permit.
