Looking for an employee to help with the following tasks on a rural ranch an hour from Bend, Prineville and Redmond
Tasks Include:
-Feeding and Watering Horses
-Mucking Stalls and Pastures
-Barn cleanup
-Assisting with handling horses including medical care, holding horses for farrier and moving horses
-Ability to haul horses if needed
-Property maintenance (weeding, mowing, removing old fencing)
-Be reliable as well as have reliable transportation, a hard worker, able to work in a team or alone and follow direction
-Must pass a background check, applicants that can work weekends preferred. Full time or part time a possibility. Work days are 8 hour days.
Bonus skills could include:
-mechanical experience for light ranch vehicle maintenance
-Tractor, excavator and/or dump truck experience
-Basic carpentry
-Fence repair
-Welding experience
-Horse medical care experience
