Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Ranch Hand/Errand Runner to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks and is capable of handling both physical work on the ranch and running errands as needed. This position can be adapted to full-time or part-time hours, depending on the candidate’s availability.
Responsibilities:
Perform basic maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure operational efficiency. No experience is required.
Organize and maintain tools and equipment.
General property maintenance, such as removing debris, watering plants, and other miscellaneous tasks.
Run errands such as picking up supplies from local stores and dropping off equipment for repair.
Assist in setting up and breaking down equipment for events as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned to support ranch operations and event preparations.
General assistance to owners.
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and integrity is a must.
Ability to organize and manage inventory effectively.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
Physically capable of performing tasks requiring moderate physical labor.
Reliable and self-motivated, with a keen attention to detail.
Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
