Role Overview:
As a Landscape Maintenance 2nd, you will be an essential part of our maintenance team, working under the guidance of the Maintenance Foreman. In this pivotal role, you will be maintaining residential and commercial landscapes, including lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf, and irrigation and:
Assist in leading and overseeing landscape maintenance projects
Step in to lead the team in the Foreman's absence
Perform a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the health and aesthetics of landscapes
Operate and maintain a range of landscaping equipment
Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Experience and Qualifications:
This position is ideal for someone with some landscape maintenance experience who is ready to take on more responsibility. We’re looking for:
Demonstrated experience in landscape maintenance
Ability to take on leadership responsibilities as needed
Strong knowledge of horticultural practices and plant care
Excellent organizational and communication skills
A valid Oregon driver’s license is preferred.
Bilingual is a plus!
