Lake Creek Lodge is committed to providing a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for our team and guests. We’re looking for a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to help us maintain our facilities and ensure smooth operations.
Position Overview:
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and completing repairs to keep our campus operating at its best. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and enjoys problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance on cabins, grounds and equipment
Conduct minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other cabin components
Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner
Inspect and diagnose issues to ensure safety and functionality
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work
Assist with general upkeep, including cleaning and organizing workspaces
Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and safety
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role
Basic knowledge of building systems a plus (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
Ability to work with hand and power tools safely and effectively
Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
