Location: Bend
Compensation: $26.97/hour
Hours: Regular full-time (40 hours/week)

NeighborImpact Housing Overview
NeighborImpact's Housing program offers crucial assistance to individuals and families in need within Crook, Deschutes, and Jefferson counties, as well as the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs. The program can provide eviction prevention and deposit assistance, prioritizing applications based on need rather than a first-come, first-served basis.

Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The Housing Advocate role involves providing personalized case management and support to clients, ensuring their self-sufficiency and stable housing. Key responsibilities include compassionately and professionally conducting screenings and assessments to determine program eligibility, connecting clients with community resources, and advocating for housing opportunities. Additionally, the Housing Advocate maintains precise client documentation and collaborates closely with the Client Services Manager to facilitate client success.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate’s degree in human services or related field required, bachelor’s degree preferred
In lieu of education, 3 years direct experience in case management or related services required
English/Spanish bilingual required
Two years’ experience (i.e. employment, internships, and long-term volunteer position) in the field preferred
Ability to travel throughout the tri-county area regularly, even in inclement weather, using personal vehicle required
Required prior to date of hire and throughout employment:
o Valid driver’s license
o Proof of current auto insurance
o Access to reliable transportation required
o Satisfactory criminal background check required
Required within 90 days of hire:
o Complete the Bloodborne Pathogens and Naloxone Training within 90 days
o First Aid/CPR/AED certification
