Job Description:
Join the Macneish & Associates LLC American Family Insurance Agency team in Bend, OR!
Sales and service representative candidates must have superb customer service skills. They must have the ability to develop knowledge of the local market, prospect for new business and use consultative selling techniques.
Position Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Must pass background check
· One year of experience in a sales environment, preferably including marketing, prospecting, cold calling, networking, preparing quotes and delivering presentations preferred. Willing to train anyone who is eager to learn the ropes and looking to impact our community!
· Property and Casualty insurance license must be obtained before starting.
