Monson, Inc. is seeking experienced Carpenters to join our team. We are putting together another crew to meet the increasing demand of our workload.
Type of Work:
Custom Homes, Tennant Improvement, Residential Remodels, Spec Homes, Industrial, Infostructure.
Positions Available:
-2 Year + Apprentice
-Journeyman
-Foreman
Skills/other you must have:
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a member of a team
Some experience with general home remodeling and maintenance.
Excellent interpersonal skills, problem analysis, diagnostic, and solution skills.
Self-motivated and able to work in a clean, tidy manor.
Capacity to perform physical exertion including carrying, climbing, crawling, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, hauling and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to complete skills training to meet company and OSHA safety requirements and willingness to take additional required training to obtain certifications as required per project.
Valid driver's license.
Tool bags and hand tools at a minimum.
Be able to work comfortably on a roof, ladder, and/or scaffolding.
Be willing and able to work in adverse weather conditions.
Can show up on time daily.
Maintain a positive attitude.
Desire to learn and advance.
Not required but is a plus:
ICF, Post-and-Beam and Timber-Frame experience.
Availability to travel (Housing will be paid for out of area work along with increased wages).
You need to have the right tools to do the job and a reliable vehicle. You must be able to pass required pre-employment screenings including criminal background, motor vehicle report, and drug screenings.
Compensation and benefits:
Up to $40/hour, depending on experience

Tool reimbursement – earn up to $187 month, based on the tools you own. We pay 50% of the cost if you replace any of YOUR approved tools and/or need repairs.
