Responsibilities:
Maintain, service, and install of commercial food equipment to include Refrigeration, HVAC and hot side equipment.
This person is able to work independently as well as a team member.
Assist in training apprentices and enforcing company policy and procedures.
Qualifications include but not limited to:
5 years experience in the food equipment service industry
Works to continue his/her education by attending training seminars virtually, internally, or externally.
Troubleshoot and diagnose building mechanical systems (including but not limited to: RTUs, split systems, VRFs, chillers, AHU and VAV).
Ability to assist in training apprentices.
Maintain a safe work environment.
Drug free workplace with random testing
Clean driving record
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
EPA certified
Must be able to read and understand technical manuals and schematics
Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
Self motivated

Able to manage and control technology
Receive and execute instructions
Clear and concise communication skills
Must be comfortable with heights, extension ladders & tight spaces
Must be well-groomed and have a clean appearance
Live within Central Oregon or willing to relocate permanently (assistance could be provided to the right candidate)
