Position Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Carpenter with at least 7 years of experience in framing, deck building, and remodeling. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a "can-do" attitude, and the ability to lead and mentor a small team of 3-4 apprentices. This role requires excellent technical skills, a passion for quality workmanship, and the ability to interpret blueprints and work independently. If you are a reliable, skilled carpenter with the leadership skills to help others grow, we want to hear from you!
