Job Description for Lead Garage Door Installer:
Installation and service of steel, wood and aluminum doors, openers, and accessories
Materials are installed on jobsites and at customer locations
Drilling, cutting, carpentry, framing, and installation of components to make working doors and openers
Unload and load materials
Safely climb/work on ladders
Safely drive Company vehicle to and from jobsite's
Communicate with our service and sales reps with door and opener issues
Requirements:
Experience installing garage doors and openers
At least 3 years previous experience as a garage door lead installer
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be drug free (including THC) and able to pass a pre-employment screening
Must have a safe and incident free driving record and submit an MVR
Must have experience using hand and power tools, and installation equipment
Must be able to lift 65 to 75 lbs. regularly throughout an 8-hour workday
Must be well organized with clean work habits
