We need a maintenance person here at Odell Lake Resort. The location is 2nd to none - literally right on a beautiful lake. The work can be challenging and hopefully we can find someone willing to take it on. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge along with the willingness and ability to work outside in cold weather.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Conduct field service tasks as required, addressing maintenance needs at various locations within the facility.
- Maintain HVAC/R systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
- Document maintenance activities, including repairs performed and parts used.
- Plowing the entry road
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in welding techniques is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems maintenance is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose problems quickly and accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies in the field.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
