C.A.T.S. Medical Transportation is currently looking for 3 new drivers.
2 Wheelchair drivers "willing to train". One Monday - Friday driver and one Tuesday - Saturday
1 Stretcher Assistant "willing to train". Monday-Friday
C.A.T.S. provides medical transportation for clients throughout the state of Oregon. IE if someone needs medical transport from Bend Oregon to OHSU for a procedure we provide that transport.
NEMT, is medical transport to and from medical appointments for people that have no other way of transporting themselves.
We provide a hands on door to door service. We try to provide the safest and most comfortable transport possible.
Requirements
At least 23 years old
Able to pass a 10 panel drug screening
No DUI'S with in the last 5 years
Less then 2 accidents in 3 years and no more than 2 moving violations in 2 years
And a clean criminal background check.
Able to lift 50lbs
Certifications that will be required once hired.
CPR/AED/ First Aid
Defensive Driving course "completed online".
P.A.S.S. Basic Certification. P.A.S.S. Basic Certification is completed online
Full P.A.S.S competed in person. This will be required before you are able to transport wheelchairs.
Compensation
Starting Wage is up to $20.00 with yearly increases.
After one year 8 holidays paid off.
With random performance bonus's.
Hours you will be operating change day to day. There is no 9-5 schedule in NEMT, you must be flexible there is no standard schedule.
