Wild Yeast Bakery, Corvallis, needs an assistant bread baker, beginning immediately. 35-40 hrs/wk, $15.00-$16.50/hr DOE. Must have experience mixing, shaping, and baking bread and be willing to learn whole grain sourdough production. Ability to guide others effectively is necessary. Food service training is essential. Early morning and weekend work is required
