Currently we are looking for two(2) positions for 20-40 hours per week during evening shift, Saturday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Sunday from 5pm-2am. We offer competitive wages with bonuses based off of client feedback. Opportunities for promotion into team lead and management positions are available.
POSITION SUMMARY:
You will be a part of a cleaning team of 2-5 people. Each team will be doing a wide variety of cleans, from easy to difficult and everything in between. Types of jobs include residential, commercial, and government. This position requires the highest level of quality, attention to detail, punctuality, and professionalism for our customers.
We aren't your average cleaning company and we want our employees to reflect our values as a company.
Here is a list of what to expect:
Perform a wide range of cleaning services for commercial and government properties, with the possibility of day shift in the future.
Use a work vehicle or your personal vehicle to travel to local clients. You will be reimbursed for mileage and time for traveled during work hours.
Interact with clients with a professional, courteous, and friendly manner at all times.
Wear your cleaning company shirt during work hours and represent the company in a professional manner.
Attend and participate in company training programs.
Maintain a professional appearance at all job sites and while in public.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
3+ months of professional experience in any service industry (preferred).
Ability to work well on a team and meet deadlines working solo or on a team
Ability to pass a criminal history background check.
Must have a valid driver's license and your own vehicle with current insurance.
