As a lead climber, you will be responsible for safely climbing trees, pruning branches, and performing tree removals as necessary. You will also supervise a team of ground crew, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to our high standards.
Safely climb trees using industry-standard techniques and equipment
Prune branches to promote tree health and aesthetic appeal
Perform tree removals when necessary, using proper rigging and safety procedures
Supervise a team of ground crew, providing guidance and instruction as needed
Maintain and inspect climbing equipment to ensure safety and effectiveness
Communicate with clients to assess their needs
Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations at all times
Minimum of 1 years of experience as a tree climber
Proficiency in climbing techniques, including roped climbing
Strong knowledge of tree species, pruning practices, and safety protocols
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
