Pay: $16.50 per hour | Day Shift (Mon–Thurs) | Full-Time
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Shop Hand to join our woodshop team, where we handcraft high-quality wooden furniture. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in woodworking, machine operation, furniture assembly, finishing, and shipping while working alongside a skilled and passionate crew.
Responsibilities
Learn to operate woodworking machinery (planers, presses, molders, saws).
Assist with furniture assembly, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
Apply finishes, stains, or paints to wood products.
Package and prepare finished products for shipping.
Collaborate with team members to maintain quality and meet production deadlines.
Qualifications
Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Ability to follow instructions and safely use tools and machinery.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Physical stamina for manual labor and lifting as needed.
Previous woodworking or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
