Job Summary
Works under the general direction of the Assertive Community Treatment Program and Early Assessment & Support Alliance Program Manager, the Specialist works independently to keep day to day administrative and program operations effective and efficient, including managing and supporting fidelity compliance for the multiple fidelity-based youth & adult programs, coordinating and overseeing review of medical records including documentation compliance, and assist Program Manager with oversight of grants, billing and contracts. Responsible to oversee administrative processes to assure consistency in approach and documentation across assigned programs.

Annual salary range of:
$45,394 - $59,554
This position guarantees two salary raises within your first year as long as your performance is in good standing!

Minimum Qualifications
The following minimum qualifications are required for this position:
1 year of school or technical training beyond high school AND
4 year of general office, administrative support or related experience.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted. Please note candidates must have at least 6 months of actual work experience to be considered as equivalent.
Special Requirements:
Hiring is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
Valid Oregon driver's license.
The Ideal Candidate
Associate's Degree in a field related to this position
Technical writing and accreditation experience.
Experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, and Electronic Health Record.
