Position: Receptionist
Pay:$17.00
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5pm

A local Linn County company is seeking a Front Office Receptionist. Associate will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, taking orders and general office related tasks. This company receives over a hundred phone calls each day. While on the phone, the position will require multi-tasking to fill out required paper work as needed. This is a long-term temp to hire position with an Oregon company that was established in 1977.
Primary Responsibilities:
Answering phones
Filling out paperwork as needed
Faxing
Scanning
Qualifications Required:
Experience in Microsoft Suite programs; Word, Excel,
Multiline phones
Excellent Customer Service
QuickBooks preferred, not required
