Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Receptionist/Scheduling Assistant for a local company in Albany, OR. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing excellent customer service, primarily over the phone. You will be responsible for creating invoices, scheduling appointments, answering calls, and handling general office tasks with minimal face-to-face interaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
Answering Phones: Serve as the main point of contact for incoming calls.
Invoice Creation: Assist with creating and processing invoices accurately and efficiently.
Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments with technicians and other team members.
Office Tasks: Handle filing, paperwork, faxing, and scanning as needed.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, primarily via phone and email.
Qualifications:
Microsoft Suite Proficiency: Experience with Word and Excel is required.
Multiline Phone Experience: Comfortable managing multiple phone lines.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
QuickBooks Experience: Preferred but not required.
Google Calendar/Docs: Familiarity is a plus but not mandatory.
