Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Recruiting Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work with urgency to connect as many people as possible with job opportunities. This role requires a high volume of outbound calls, strong communication skills, and the ability to move candidates through the hiring process quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to job seekers
Conduct initial phone interviews and screenings
Match candidates with available job opportunities in the community
Maintain accurate candidate records in our system
Collaborate with team members to ensure openings are filled quickly

Requirements:
Comfortable making high-volume calls in a fast-paced setting

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
High school diploma/GED required
Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
