WANTED

Technology focused self-motivated individual for FT Reviewing Broker to join our busy Real Estate team in Corvallis.

DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

Support brokers with transactional concerns

Promote adherence to all laws, rules, policies, and ethical guidelines

Review all submitted transaction documentation within 48 hours of receipt

Provide broker feedback on missing or non-compliant submissions

Recommend the need for risk reduction tools based on trends in the marketplace

Assist with annual form revision training for all brokers

OTHER DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

Support and reinforce leadership in the office

Actively participate in the leadership activities and events

Communicate with brokers in a supportive manner, promoting a learning-based environment.

Review all submitted advertising for approval within 24 hours of receipt

Attend training events that will further develop your skills

Teach monthly contract classes

Participate in the leadership retention program

Assisting with answering telephones and direct callers appropriately

Be a team player keeping the offices clean and professional

Attend all Team Huddles that are offered in the office

Assist in keeping the office on track and productive

Maintain personal working relationships with agents – interact daily

Brainstorm ways to help improve the Market Center

Staying educated and current on trainings and communication

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

-An active Oregon real estate principle brokers license

-Technology background a plus!

-Demonstrate excellent computer skills, including, but not limited to, proficient use of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new systems.

-Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with a large variety of people, on the phone or in person.

-Great attitude, with a focus on patience and humor in the work place.

-Professional appearance and demeanor.

-Excellent attention to detail, spelling and grammar.

-Proficiency in standard office tasks such as making copies, scanning, faxing, using email, etc.

-Experience in realty and/or Title Companies a plus.
