We are looking to add a member to our team who is thorough, experienced, extremely organized, and enjoys building a positive environment. This is a full time, 40-hour/week position. Scheduled working hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Parkwest Apartments which is a 240-unit complex primarily centered around student housing.
Duties include:
Office Management
Leasing
Basic accounting
Keeping resident rental records
Working with vendors
Resident relations
Working with maintenance technicians
Job requirements:
Strong math skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Good time management
Computer skills including proficiency in Word and Excel
Strong crisis management skills
Experience managing a large apartment complex (or multiple small complexes) is a must.
Knowledge of building systems, alarms, and preventative maintenance are all preferred.
A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required on all final candidates.

$21-$24/hr. DOE, a cell phone reimbursement of $50.00/month and mileage reimbursement for any required trainings or supply runs.
