Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in the government industry based in Eugene, Oregon. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and handling account reconciliation. This role will also involve data entry tasks and usage of Microsoft Excel.Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate financial records Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently Perform account reconciliation tasks on a regular basis Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner Conduct data entry tasks related to financial transactions Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis Handle any financial inquiries and resolve them promptly Monitor financial accounts and take necessary actions when required.
