PeaceHealth is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Family Medicine team based in the Eugene community.Req ID: 176986PeaceHealth is a well-established financially stable multi-specialty provider group looking for a nurse practitioners interested in joining a team of two other Family Medicine providers and BE A PART OF THE EXCITING FUTURE OF PEACEHEALTH .Diagnosis and management – with appropriate provision of education, counseling, drug therapy, physical therapies, outpatient procedures, and consultation – of illness, and support or strengthening of health, for all ages, from newborns to the very old or dying. Comfort working with babies, children, and teens, and providing gynecologic and well woman care, is essential. Speaking Spanish a plus, but not a requirement. Our team of clinicians aims to create, sustain, and ultimately to share, a fully collaborative model of primary care, with a panel of patients shared between three clinicians of differing licensures, experience, and special interests. We all share the care of all of our patients.
