Location: Anne’s Pizza – Eugene
Planned Start Date: Early October, 2025
Restaurant Hours: 10 am - 2 am, Thursday - Saturday; 10 am - 12 am, Sunday
Availability Required: 32 hours per week

Position Overview
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Front of House team member to be the face
of Anne’s Pizza. This role is all about creating a welcoming atmosphere, providing excellent
customer service, and keeping the shop running smoothly on the guest side.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the Point of Sale system accurately and efficiently
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Upsell menu items and take pre-orders for whole pies
- Share knowledge about our pizzas, ingredients, and sourcing practices
- Monitor stock levels in the front and communicate with the kitchen team
- Handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism
- Ensure prompt and efficient service at all times
- Maintain clean tables, counters, and front of house areas
- Prep and restock front of house supplies as needed
- Monitor food quality before serving to customers
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements
- Current Oregon Food Handler License
- Current Oregon Alcohol Service Permit
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay positive and friendly in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
