Location: Anne’s Pizza – Eugene
Planned Start Date: Early October, 2025
Restaurant Hours: 10 am - 2 am, Thursday - Saturday; 10 am - 12 am, Sunday
Availability Required: 32 hours per week

available as both whole pies and by the slice. We’re a community-focused shop built around

Position Overview
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Back of House team member to help craft
consistently delicious pizzas in our open kitchen. While this role doesn’t involve direct customer
service, it plays a huge part in creating the positive, friendly atmosphere we’re known for.
Cleanliness, precision, and teamwork are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
●Prepare and cook pizzas with consistency and attention to quality
●Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
●Demonstrate strong time management skills during busy shifts
●Maintain knowledge of ingredients, sourcing, and food handling best practices
●Minimize food waste and follow proper storage procedures
●Safely handle kitchen equipment and maintain a clean workspace
●Follow established recipes and processes closely
●Pay close attention to allergies and prevent cross-contamination
●Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with the team
●Assist with food prep and other kitchen-related tasks as needed
●Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the open kitchen
Requirements:
●Current Oregon Food Handler License
●Previous kitchen experience preferred (pizza or baking experience a plus)
●Passion for food, cooking, and learning new skills
●Ability to work well under pressure while staying detail-oriented
●Team player with strong communication skills
