We're a high-energy, fast paced sports bar in the heart of downtown - known for our great food, cold drinks and lively crowd. Whether it's game day or late-night-eats you're looking for, we deliver a fun, casual atmosphere that brings people together. We're looking for a Kitchen Manager who thrives under pressure, leads by example and can keep our back-of-house running like clockwork.
You will -
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking and sanitation
Manage and train kitchen staff
Maintain food quality and consistency, especially during peak hours
Order inventory, manage food costs and minimize waste
Ensure compliance with heath and safety regulations
Work closely with FOH management to ensure smooth service
Assist in creating/refining the menu
Requirements -
Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or Lead Line Cook
Ability to lead a team in a high-volume, fast paced environment
Solid understanding of food safety, prep and inventory systems
Reliable, organized and calm under pressure
Flexible schedule - nights, weekends, holidays
Pay will depend on your experience - and the tips are fat!
