The Pedaler in Downtown Springfield is looking for a Line Cook. This position would be Tuesday-Saturday, roughly 30+ hours a week. Job duties include:
-Working the line, sometimes solo
-Food preparation
-Opening/closing down the line
-Overall kitchen upkeep and cleaning
-Ensuring all sanitation and food safety practices are adhered to
