We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Line Cook. Our business has been serving the Eugene neighborhood for more than 45 years, offering excellent food, beverage and service.
Position Summary:
Ensure exceptional plating and high-quality food
Responsible for controlling labor costs and waste management
Efficient ticket times through staff management and positive coaching
Maintains an exceptionally clean and organized station
Follow proper closing duties kitchen
Adherence to established OSHA safety standards and enforce sanitation regulations
Leadership, mentoring, and training
Display positive and professional communications with all staff
Experience and Qualifications:
Previous line cook experience
Proven ability working well under pressure
Ability to adapt quickly to situational changes
Knowledge of plating expectations, portion control, and value
Ability to work all line stations and fill in where needed
The ability to lead, model teamwork, collaboration, and open communication
A positive and solution-oriented attitude
Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
Leadership ability that supports a team environment
Flexible schedule required
